Unpacking the Renewable Energy for America Program (REAP): Opportunities for Businesses

January 21, 2025 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Have you ever wondered how you can foster and benefit from energy efficiency and renewable energy growth? Learn from fellow business leaders and USDA professionals how your small business or farm can access federal funding aimed at helping rural America finance a clean energy transition.

What: The Great Lakes Business Network presents an educational webinar outlining federal incentives for rural small businesses owners and agricultural producers to access renewable energy installations and energy efficiency measures stemming from the Renewable Energy for America program (REAP). Leading government experts will discuss available funds to reduce costs associated with more sustainable operation and outline who qualifies. Guest business leaders will help provide real world insights into their experience utilizing REAP funds for their business operations.

Why you should attend:

  • Learn How Affordable Clean Energy Can be: Hear real world case studies that highlight the potential to save up to 70% off the total project cost.
  • Connect with Leaders in Energy Efficiency: Learn from local business owners who specialize in reducing energy bills.
  • Discover your potential as a rural business owner: Find out if your business qualifies for REAP. The USDA’s definition of “rural” is broader than you might think.
